Further to yesterday's post... Some interesting words from English astronomer Sir Arthur Eddington (1882-1944), who said,"Not only is the universe stranger than we imagine, it is stranger than we can imagine."
A little closer to home, Eddington said this about planet Earth: "We are bits of stellar matter that got cold by accident, bits of a star gone wrong."
Lucky for us.
